Mozart, the legendary composer, was a fascinating figure with a multitude of odd traits. Firstly, his obsession with scatological humour was unparalleled. He penned numerous letters to family and friends filled with crude jokes about bodily functions.

He also had an uncanny ability to memorize music after hearing it just once. This skill astounded his contemporaries and remains a subject of awe today.

His love for pets knew no bounds. He owned a pet starling bird, which he taught to sing a portion of one of his compositions. One famous example is the opening theme of the last movement of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 17 in G major, K. 453, which bears resemblance to the starling's song.

Mozart had a peculiar habit of constantly tapping his feet and fingers, even during performances, much to the annoyance of his fellow musicians. His impulsive nature led to extravagant spending habits, leaving him frequently in debt.

These quirky habits make Mozart not just a musical genius but also a delightfully eccentric character.
